New IC Package Styles

We are always happy to look at manufacturing solutions for new style IC packages or adaptations.

Custom Solutions

We can supply our standard range with requested custom features or develop a new custom design.

Legacy Products

We support and manufacture our legacy parts that can be reordered. This is often the case when the socket has to match a customers pre-existing board design.

Temperature Range

Base Component Material

PEEK has a continuous service maximum temperature of 250°C.

The Base component maximum temperature is limited by this spec to 250°C.

Lid Component Materials

PEEK Lid. PEEK Temperature of deflection under load is 160°C. The Lid Component when clamped down is under load so its maximum temperature is limited by this spec to 160°C.

Ceramic Lid is the choice for extending the temperature range. The Ceramic has a continuous operating maximum temperature of 800°C.

Silicone Rubber temperature range is -60°C to 250°C.

Full Socket Assembly with PEEK Lid

A socket assembly with a PEEK Lid has a temperature range -60°C to 150°C.

Note – when using a forced air temperature system to heat the DUT to say 125°C, the air flow could be at a significantly higher temperature than 125°C.

Full Socket Assembly with Ceramic Lid

A socket assembly with a Ceramic Lid has a temperature range -60°C to 250°C.
